SECTION 34—Effective Date(15 USC 78hh)

This Act shall become effective on July 1, 1934, except that sections 6 and 12(b), (c), (d), and (e) shall become effective on September 1, 1934; and sections 5, 7, 8, 9(a)(6), 10, 11, 12(a), 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 30 shall become effective on October 1, 1934.
[15 USC 78hh. The amendments made by the act of Aug. 20, 1964 (78 Stat. 580) to sections 12(b); 12(g)(1); and 15(a) became effective July 1, 1964. All other amendments contained in the act of Aug. 20, 1964 became effective on that date.]
