TITLE IV—POWERS OF THRIFT INSTITUTIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

This title set up an interagency task force to study mortgage portfolios, and it amended section 403(b) of the National Housing Act and sections 5 and 5A of the Home Owners’ Loan Act of 1933 (12 USC 1464 and 1425a).
