This title may be cited as the Credit Control Act.

The provisions of the Credit Control Act were omitted from the U.S. Code pursuant to act of December 8, 1980, formerly 12 USC 1910, which provided that the authority conferred by the Credit Control Act expired at the end of June 30, 1982.
