(a) Copies of transcripts, recordings
or transcriptions of recordings, or minutes requested pursuant to
section 261b.12(b) of this part will be provided at a cost of 10%
per standard page for photocopying or at a cost not to exceed the
actual cost of printing, typing, or otherwise preparing such copies.
(b) Documents may be furnished without charge where
total charges are less than $2.
