Except as provided in this part or as otherwise authorized,
no officer, employee, or agent of the Board or any Reserve Bank shall
disclose or permit the disclosure of any exempt information of the
Committee to any person other than Board or Reserve Bank officers,
employees, or agents properly entitled to such information in the
performance of duties for, or pursuant to the direction of, the Committee.
