Act of July
7, 1968 (82 Stat. 294) To provide security
measures for banks and other financial institutions, and to provide
for the appointment of the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation
as receiver.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this
Act may be cited as the “Bank Protection Act of 1968”.
