TITLE I—MONETARY
CONTROL ACT
This act amended section 5A(b)(1) of
the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 USC 1425a(b)) by adding paragraph
(E) and amended the following sections of the Federal Reserve Act:

- section 11(a)(2) (12 USC 248(a)(2)) (added)
- section 11A (12 USC 248a) (added)
- section 13 paragraph 1 (12 USC 342)
- section 14(b)(1) (12 USC 355)
- section 16 paragraphs 2, 13, and 14 (12 USC 412,
360, and 248(o))
- section 19(b), (c), and (e) (12 USC 461(b), (c),
and (e))
