The following list indicates
which federal agency enforces Regulation E for particular classes
of institutions. Any questions concerning compliance by a particular
institution should be directed to the appropriate enforcing agency.
Terms that are not defined in the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12
USC 1813(s)) shall have the meaning given to them in the International
Banking Act of 1978 (12 USC 3101).
National banks, and federal branches and federal agencies of foreign
